How To Connect With Spirit And Trust The Signs

Unlocking Spiritual Messages And Recognizing Divine Guidance

I’ve been getting so many requests asking how I connect with my spirit guides. How do I get in contact with spirit? “How did you learn how to get in contact with spirit? Where did you start?” It’s all these fundamental questions, which are very understandable because I’ve been there, and I get it. It seems to be getting to a point where we’re in a world that’s so topsy-turvy and where there seems to be so much change going on and so much concern and worry, which also is very understandable, people seem to be reaching beyond themselves. They’re looking for answers to either something greater than them or “out there.” They’re searching for something that will help them.

It seems like it is the perfect time to start discussing this. Many people have been asking about this. This seems to be very timely. Let me go back to my experience. If you remember, I came from a very materialistic background. I used to be an analyst on Wall Street. You can’t get much more materialistic than that. I was in the grind, pulling my 90-hour weeks and going crazy. I was getting to the point where I was taking out my stress on my friends and family.

I knew I had to find a way to decompress and remove that stress because it was getting to be too much. I searched high and low, but I was still in this mindset of it’s got to be real. I got to put my hands on it and be able to see it. When I stumbled across these ideas of meditation, to me, it was a foreign concept. I was like, “Meditation? Don’t I have to go up to the Himalayas and sit there for years and all of this?” I couldn’t understand the concept.

One day, I ran across a meditation audio track that resonated with me. It was something that didn’t have an agenda. It was very calm, peaceful, and enjoyable to listen to. I began to listen to it on a pretty regular basis. I’m like, “I can get used to this. This is okay.” I didn’t have any expectations. I was just listening to it because I enjoyed the sound and the experience of relaxing. That was what I needed at the time.

What I wound up doing was listening to this short meditation. That’s the key. I didn’t have any expectations. I haven’t tried to do it for a long time. I was probably doing it for maybe ten minutes at a time. It was a guided meditation. I would do this before work. That way, I could be relaxed going into work. It was very good. I wound up doing this every day because it was so enjoyable. Nobody was telling me to do it every day. Nobody was telling me to do this for ten minutes. The track was only ten minutes long, but I enjoyed it so much that I kept on listening to it every day. I’m like, “This is great.”

Spirits Beside Us | Connect With Spirit

I didn’t quite realize how addicted I was. I wound up listening to it for twelve months straight. There’s something about twelve months. When you listen and sit in meditation for twelve months, there’s something that you have passed a threshold. You’ve enabled your loud, obnoxious, conscious mind, that ego mind that’s always chattering away, always yapping and telling you things are bad, that you got to improve and all this kind of stuff, to go to the sidelines and get chilled. It gets relaxed. It’s like, “Good. You’ve been pushed to the side.”

A Life-Changing Out-Of-Body Experience

Some people know I was in my relaxed chair on one Saturday morning. I was listening to this meditation, probably 30 minutes in. I started having an out-of-body experience. At the time, I was closing my eyes, listening to the track. I was feeling myself slowly lifting out of my body. I started seeing four people in silhouette or foggy forms in my mind’s eye. For some reason, I recognize them. I don’t know why I recognized them, but I felt like I knew them.

I’m thinking, “This is nice. I see these people. I don’t know who they are. It must be my imagination.” Until the person on the right-hand side shot a beam of energy right through my chest and out through my back, which I could feel physically. That shocked me. I’m like, “Do you mean I’m not asleep? What is going on here?” I’m feeling this thing going on in the physical.

That’s when I was taken completely out of my body. I wound up in this place of what you might refer to as a beautiful outer space existence, where I was somehow connected to everything in existence. I felt like this thread was part of a giant tapestry that had no end. We were all connected. We were all part of the same thing. For some reason, I felt this unity of everything around me.

I also began to encounter this feeling that I could only describe as unconditional love. Those words don’t even begin to describe it because the human word love is like the 1% of the iceberg that you see floating above the water. This was the other 99% of the iceberg that you can’t see below the water. It was so powerful and overwhelming. I was dumbstruck. I didn’t know what to do.

Twelve months of meditation rewires everything. No expectations, just consistency. And one day, something shifts. The mind quiets, and the connection begins. Share on X

It kept on making me feel complete, divine love, unconditional love, overwhelming to the point where I had tears coming down my face. In this awareness, somehow, I was perfect. At the time, I refused to accept that. I’m like, “No. You don’t know what I’ve done in life. I am not perfect. I am the opposite of perfect. I am the horrible person.”

They kept on saying, “You’re perfect as you are. You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.” I couldn’t accept it, but they kept on saying that. Eventually, I came out. That’s when I started having all these spiritual experiences, which many of you probably already know. That’s how I became a medium and how I started to work with spirit and enable spirit to communicate with other people.

The reason I bring that up is that it’s so true that anybody can sit in meditation and learn to open themselves up. People can sit in meditation. You can learn to relax the mind and push aside and quiet the ego mind, the conscious mind, and that loud analytical mind. You can learn to quiet it down. As you learn to quiet down that ego mind, you begin to open up this place of silence.

It’s one of the reasons there’s a meditation called sitting in silence. You learn to sit in a state of silence. As you sit in the state of silence, you begin to open up what you can only say is a channel and an opportunity for the spirit to begin to connect with you. If your mind is constantly chattering away 1 mile a minute, and it doesn’t have a chance to let any other conversation come in, you’re going to miss it. If you give the mind pause and let it go off to the side, you go off into this beautiful, dream-like state, a daydream perhaps, if you want to think about it that way.

You go into the state of quiet where you let your thoughts pause for a while. They’re not going to go away completely. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be alive. Allow the thoughts to pause for a while. Maybe you will have thoughts. That’s okay. There’s nothing wrong with that. That’s why perhaps guided meditations and music can be so powerful because you’re focused on that music. Maybe you’re focused on a breath. Whatever it is, you’re focused on something else that takes your attention away from these thoughts that are constantly jarring you.

You get into this place of being nice, calm, and quiet. As you sit in the quiet, you begin to become aware of things outside your regular body and regular awareness that you might not have recognized before. You start to either feel things or hear things. Maybe at first, you’re not quite sure what they are. Maybe you’re thinking, “That must be my imagination. I’m quite creative, aren’t I?” You’ve got to learn to trust what you’re getting and surrender to what it is that you’re receiving. When you begin to surrender, surrender yourself to everything that you’re receiving. That’s when the magic happens.

Trust And Surrender: The Keys To Mediumship

What I always tell my mediumship students is that the two most important words in mediumship are trust and surrender. Why trust and surrender? Let’s look at it. Your analytical mind and logical mind want to make sure that you’re not fooling yourself and that you have to have everything be concrete. It has to be 100% accurate because it’s the ego’s job to protect and defend you. It’s not going to let anything fool you. It’s going to make sure that anything that’s coming in passes its filter.

The problem is the ego mind is so defensive. It prevents anything that you’re not used to from coming in. We all live in this fishbowl of a world. We can’t see beyond what’s physically there. If we allow ourselves to think beyond what is physically there, and we close our eyes and begin to imagine, even if you’re just imagining yourself in space or some other place, you can go there. The ego mind is not there. Tell your ego mind for a minute, “Give me 10 or 15 minutes. I want to relax.”

Daydreaming, for example. Let’s go back to fifth grade. When you’re in the classroom in the spring, you’re looking out the window and daydreaming about where you want to be that afternoon. You’re playing in the playground. Maybe you’re sitting in the grass. You’re out there having a ball, having so much fun. You’re imagining yourself. You see the grass and trees. You see yourself playing. It’s wonderful.

Have you noticed that your mind is out there, and so too are you? You’re suddenly out there on the grass, on the field, or in the playground. Your body may physically be in the classroom, but you’re not in the classroom. You’re out in the grass so much so that the teacher has to yell at you several times to bring you back. I know that happened to me a lot. I was always looking out the window and never paying attention. Teachers got rather annoyed by that.

I’m sure that there are a lot of people who had that experience where they’re looking out the window going, “I can’t wait to get out of here. Look at those fields.” When you allow yourself to do that, you check out. You’re gone. Your mind is not in the body anymore. You’re out there. The same thing can happen when you’re driving, for example. Let’s say you’ve got this long drive. You check out. Thirty minutes may go by, and you’re like, “Wait a second. I’m in another state. Where’d all the time go?”

You lose track of time. That’s when you’re checking out. That’s the way meditation can work. You can be listening to the meditation or in your meditation, but you’re checked out. Time no longer exists. That’s why spirit says, “Time doesn’t exist.” Time is a man-made construct based on the relativity and the distance between us and the sun, and the way the earth is spinning. It’s something that we use to keep track of things. There is no such thing as time in outer space. It’s meaningless. It’s something we made up here on Earth to keep track of stuff.

The point of this is that you want to have the ability to give yourself time to meditate. The more you meditate, the more you’ll be able to connect with the spirit. Everybody thinks, I can’t do that. You’ve got to be born to connect with spirit. You have special abilities.” I’m here to tell you that it is not. Everybody has the ability. Everybody has psychic senses, non-physical senses, lying in their hind brain, that are lying dormant. We all have them. It’s just a question that we don’t use them.

It’s all these non-physical senses we had before we had speech and a forebrain hundreds of thousands of years ago, whether we were Cro-Magnon or whatever evolutionary state humanity was at that point. We relied on these non-physical senses to stay alive. It’s like animals. Animals have these incredible instincts to know where things are. They’ll figure things out. They’ve got senses far beyond the physical to help them understand what is around them. We had that, but once we developed a forebrain, this hindbrain, or this ancient animal brain, it shrank, which is at the base of the spine. We had no use for it, so it went dormant.

To give you an example of the fact that we still have it, whenever you’ve got a gut instinct, and you feel that you should be doing something, the gut’s like, “I feel like I should be doing XYZ.” That is your intuition. Intuition is a non-physical sense. It’s something you’re picking up. You know you should be doing something. You don’t know why. It’s quiet. I’ll guarantee you that your loud, annoying ego mind is going to talk over it, so you’ll become aware of it, and then it’ll vanish.

Intuition is a non-physical sense. That quiet knowing? It’s real. The problem is the ego mind shouts while intuition whispers. The key is learning to listen. Share on X

How many times have you experienced a situation where you had this gut instinct, and then it just vanished? Your loud mind was talking away, and you’re going, “Forget it.” The number of times I have had an intuitive inkling or an awareness that maybe I should be taking an umbrella, I’m like, “Forget it. I don’t need it.” My ego mind barges in and says, “Forget it. That’s pointless. There’s no reason.”

The Magic Of Meditation: Connecting With Spirit

I go out, do my day, and come back. It’s pouring rain. I’m soaking wet. I’m like, “Why didn’t I listen to my intuition?” If you do one thing because you get one tidbit from this episode, start trying to learn to meditate, sit in meditation, enjoy it for the relaxation of it, and start to pay attention to your intuition. I guarantee you, you’re going to start to see that these intuitive experiences you have are going to start to pile up.

I’ve got a little experiment for you. What I suggest you do is, whether you take out your phone with a note-taking app, maybe a piece of paper, or whatever works for you, whenever you get some kind of intuitive feeling, like, “I feel I should take a sweater to this restaurant,” your ego mind is going to say, “Probably not. Don’t worry about it. It’s one more thing to carry.” Your ego mind is going to try to talk you out of it. Write down the intuitive feeling you had. Nothing lost.

Next to that, follow up and say, “What was the experience?” If you had listened to your intuition and brought the sweater, you wouldn’t have been cold. “I should have brought the umbrella.” You wouldn’t have gotten wet, or fill in the blank. My suggestion to you is for 30 days, write down all the intuitive hits that you receive. Any small intuitive hit, write it down on a piece of paper or your phone. Track them. Next to that, find out what the result was. Was the intuitive hit correct?

I promise you that the vast majority of those intuitive hits are going to be 100% accurate. If you follow them, you’re going to be saying, “Why didn’t I listen to my intuition sooner?” That’s because the ego mind doesn’t want to. The ego mind wants control. That’s the way the ego mind works. Work with your intuition and meditation. A lot of people say, “I can’t meditate. My mind is always active.” That’s right. It’s like saying, “I can’t go jogging. I ran out of oxygen too fast. I get tired too fast.” That’s right because you haven’t been running for very long.

It’s the same idea. That’s why it’s called a meditation practice. It’s not like you’re going to sit down in meditation, and the first meditation is going to be perfect. It’s far from it. What you need to do is sit down in meditation with zero expectations and sit there for the enjoyment of it. “That’s nice.” Find a meditation track that calls you and resonates with you. Find a meditation track that you enjoy and think, “This is nice. I like listening to this.” It doesn’t have to have any specific results or experiences.

For 10 or 15 minutes, sit there, relax, and go, “This is nice.” If you’re a morning person, do it in the morning. If you’re an evening person, do it in the evening. Carve out that little bit of time, 10 or 15 minutes out of 24 hours of the day, to sit, close your eyes, relax, and listen to a meditation. One thing I tell people is when you’re in your meditation and you’re having your thoughts come up, maybe you’re like, “Did I feed the cat today? I can’t remember. Oh, no. What did I do? Did I pay that bill? What’s going to happen in this situation?”

You start worrying. Don’t engage with the thoughts. Think of your thoughts like a subway car. The subway train comes into the station and stops at a platform. The door is open. People are getting on and off the train. You stay on the platform. Don’t get on the train. Just observe it. Acknowledge it. Let the train leave the station. It’s the same thing with your thoughts.

Whenever a thought arises, acknowledge it and let it go. Say, “Not right now. I’m enjoying my meditation.” You’re in a place of peace and a state of calm and relaxation. Wouldn’t it be nice to be in a place of calm and relaxation for just ten minutes a day? We all need that. That was why I was doing this episode because it’s so needed in the chaos, irrationality, head-butting, anger, yelling, and strife that’s going on on a day-to-day basis.

We need a little bit of calming down. Everybody needs a little bit of peace. Everybody needs to take a deep breath and chill. That applies to everybody. It doesn’t matter who they are. They just need ten minutes to reset. That’s another way to look at it. Meditation is resetting. If you’re meditating, you get to that state of being relaxed and getting to the place of being open and quiet.

When you’re open and quiet, you’re able to connect with things that are beyond you. You may begin to start feeling an energy shift of some kind. Some people feel it as light tingles, like maybe champagne, effervescent bubbles, going up and down their arms or something happening here. I’m feeling it. What you’re telling me, spirit’s right around me.

Spirit’s call signs for me are whenever I feel an energy shift around my upper arms. Anytime that happens, I know my spirit guides are around me. They’re entering my auric field because we all have energy fields around us called the aura. The way spirit blends with us is that they blend with our energy field, our auric field. As they blend with our energy field, we’re connecting our energy with their energy.

Remember, we are not these physical beings that we think we are. Everybody says, “We are these physical meat suits.” We’re not. Everything in existence is in a state of energy and vibration. It’s all energy at different vibration states, frequencies, and oscillations. These bodies that we think we have, if you get down to a quantum level, you’ll find that it’s nothing but energy. There’s nothing physical there.

Everything is energy. Thoughts, emotions, the body—it’s all vibration. At a quantum level, there is no solid form. Only movement, frequency, and connection. Share on X

You can say, “I’m touching my fingers.” No, you’re not touching your fingers. There’s something called electron repulsion. Since every atom has electrons essentially surrounding it, you’ve got these electrons. Electrons have the same negative charge. If you’ve got two charges of the same polarity, they will never touch. It’s like having two magnets of the same polarity.

Let’s say you’ve got the negative ends of magnets. Remember when you used to do this as a kid, and you tried to force them to touch? They would never touch. They’d bounce around. That’s the whole concept of Maglev trains. It’s magnetic levitation. They put two magnets on top of each other of the same polarity. They will never touch. They’re gliding on this energetic air path. That’s how they fly at hundreds of miles an hour.

How Spirit Guides Communicate Through Subtle Signs

Getting back to meditation, the spirit will connect with your energy field or auric field. If you allow it to happen and you don’t get into the state of, “I have to see it, touch it, and know it,” that’s not the way spirit works. Spirit works in a way of being very soft and subtle. If you’re feeling these subtle shifts of energy and changes, these things where you’re not quite sure, like your intuition, you’ve got to pay attention to it. If you feel that, that’s going to be spirit connecting with you.

Spirit doesn’t speak through loud voices—it moves in whispers, gentle nudges, and moments of deep knowing. Slow down, or the message will be missed. Share on X

I’m sure your ego mind is out there going, “You don’t know what you’re talking about. That’s not possible and real.” I’m here to tell you it’s very real. After doing this for so many years, I’ve unfortunately realized that, yes, it is real. Remember, I came from Wall Street. I was an analyst. I couldn’t be more material. I might as well have been like a scientist because as an analyst, everything had to be proven.

You couldn’t take a stand or make a proposition, a recommendation, or anything without knowing 110% that everything was accurate. People would say things, and you’d be like, “I don’t believe that’s true. Let’s analyze this.” I had to analyze everything and make sure it was accurate and truthful. I was of this mindset that I had to prove everything. I grew up in a very materialistic agnostic household. I didn’t believe in anything.

When I started having these experiences, it was a real shock. It was a real opposite-end-of-the-spectrum experience. It took me a long time. I came kicking and screaming into this world, but what helped me over the threshold was quantum physics. When I started to learn about energy, the properties of energy, and the whole concept that we are all energy, all of a sudden, quantum physics started saying the same thing that ancient wisdom had said thousands of years ago. They were essentially proving the existence of spirit in all of their energetic theorems.

I’m like, “This makes so much sense.” That’s when I finally leaped. I’m like, “I get it.” I still have times when I go, “Is that my imagination? Nah, I get it.” That’s what you’re going to experience. That’s why I’m saying trust your experience and where you’re going. Know that the spirit is coming to you. Your ego mind doesn’t want to believe it. Your ego mind’s going to say, “Prove it to me. I got to have it in my hands. I got to see it to believe it.” It’s the other way around. You’ve got to believe it to see it. Think about that.

There’s a great Parable that Plato wrote a long time ago. It’s about three men in a cave. They grew up in this cave chained to a wall. They were staring at a wall their entire lives. They couldn’t get out of the cave or see anything else. All they knew was what was on the wall. Everything they experienced, they experienced in the cave. One day, one of the prisoners’ chains broke. He ran and found their way out of the cave. He saw nature, animals, sunshine, trees, grass, lakes, beautiful experiences, and warmth. It was so amazing.

He’s like, “I’ve gone to this beautiful place. This is insane. I love it. I got to go tell my friends.” He goes running back into the cave to tell his two fellow prisoners who are still locked up against the wall. He said, “Come. I got to tell you what I found. There’s a whole world out there filled with trees, sunshine, grass, warmth, beautiful people, and animals. They walk on four legs. Some of these have tall necks. Some of them are huge. Some of them are so small and furry.”

The other two prisoners looked at him and said, “You don’t know what you’re talking about. You’ve gone crazy. We don’t believe it.” They didn’t believe it because they hadn’t had that experience. It was beyond their reality and everything they ever knew. For us humans living here in this little fishbowl, we’ve grown up experiencing everything it is to walk on the earth, this dense physical plane. We can’t wrap our minds around what’s beyond this physical plane. We can’t wrap our minds around a different reality like those prisoners.

Those prisoners could not wrap their minds around a different reality outside the cave. It’s like us. We cannot wrap our minds around anything that’s beyond this physical world. Our reality is the way we know it. It’s like having a fish. Put a fish in a fishbowl. It just knows what’s inside the fishbowl. If you take that fish outside of the fishbowl, it’s like, “Wait a second. There’s a whole new existence. There’s a whole different reality. I’m not used to that because I grew up in that fishbowl. What are you doing to me?” Hopefully, you will keep it alive.

The point is that you know that spirit is here and be trusting. Go back to the concept of trust and surrender. Trust that the spirit is coming to you. Accept the spirit coming to you. Feel the energy shift. You can go into a certain meditation where you invite your spirit guides to blend with you. Be very loving. Invite them with love, light, and truth, and only the highest good for all concerned. You can say something like that if you are concerned about what spirit might do to you.

We are all raised on these Hollywood horror stories, which have done so much damage to our minds. That was one of the things that made me hesitate in the very beginning. I thought that at any turn, there were going to be all these baddies, bad ghosts, and mean people that were going to hurt me. I was always thinking, “Look at all the bad things that happen in the movies or all these monsters in the movies. That’s what’s going to happen.” Hollywood has done such a disservice to our understanding of spirit.

Know that the spirit comes only from a place of love. If you acknowledge that love and connect with that love, you will begin to connect with the love of spirit because they’re only trying to come and help us. You want to connect with your spirit guides, who are always around you. We all have a primary spirit guide who came with us when we incarnated into this life.

The whole concept of a spirit guide is to make sure that we are trying to stay true to our soul contract with the entire explicit plan, if you will, that we drew up so that we can learn lessons, have specific experiences, and achieve certain things that we wanted to achieve and learn before we ever came here. The guide came with us to help us achieve that.

We’re all with spirit guides. They’re not going to be with us 24/7. They’re not like peeping toms, but they are always keeping an eye out to make sure that we are staying true to our contract. If you call on your spirit guides, be here whenever you want them. The thing is, you’ve got to connect with them. Invite your spirit guides to blend into your energy, come in, show you their love, and let you feel their existence. Say, “Spirit guide, please come into my energy field. I want to feel your energy and presence.” If you relax and sit there for a while, you’ll feel a very subtle energy shift.

All these things are very subtle. It’s not like someone’s going to come over and hit you over the head with a frying pan. It’s the opposite. It’s going to be so subtle that it’s going to be almost imperceptible. When you have something, some subtle experience, and you think to yourself, “Did that just happen,” know that that’s what spirit’s doing. Whenever you’re hearing, feeling, experiencing, or sensing something subtle but noticeable, that’s the spirit. It’s not going to be obvious. It’s a non-physical coming into the physical that’s going to be a very subtle thing.

Another concept to be aware of is that spirit cannot interfere with our free will. They’re not going to come in and be these loud, booming voices with megaphones saying, “You got to go do this. Go right. This is how you should be acting.” If you experience that, that’s your ego mind talking. Spirit is not going to come over and say, “You have to go do this.” Spirit’s going to be your silent advisor. It’s going to give you a little nudge and suggestion, but always leaving it up to you.

It’s like saying, “Here are some ideas that you might want to consider.” Maybe it puts it down onto the desk and leaves it to you to find.” It’s like those unusual synchronicities, like, “This book fell out. It opened up to the page I was thinking about. It’s giving me the exact perfect answer.” That’s amazing. How did that happen? Guess who did that? The spirit guide is giving you the answer you need at the exact right time. They’re not going to make it obvious by any stretch of the imagination.

If you allow, invite, and surrender to the experience you’re having and trust that spirit’s giving you the right information and is there working with you and working for you, that’s when you start to have these wonderful connections. It all can start by getting into a state of meditation, quiet, relaxation, and getting yourself out of the everyday, loud, frustrating, stressful, and chaotic world that we all live in day to day.

For 10 minutes or maybe 15 minutes every day, sit in meditation and allow yourself to go on that daydream. Allow yourself to go into that place that you so rarely go. Oftentimes, spirit connects with us when we’re falling asleep. We’re in bed. We’re getting more and more tired. Before we fall asleep, that’s called the hypnagogic state.

We’re barely conscious. That’s when the spirit connects with us. We’re in that altered state. We’re not completely unconscious and asleep, nor are we fully conscious and awake. We’re right in between. You’re almost in a state that replicates some kind of trance. That’s when spirit can connect with you. It’s almost like you’re in a meditative state. You’re in this deep meditation. You’re so out of it.

Your ego is shut off completely. Your conscious mind is almost shut off. Your brainwaves are so low. You’re open to anything. That’s the hypnagogic state. That’s the daydream state. That’s the state when the spirit can connect with you. If you’re able to do that while you’re meditating, that’s even better. Start it somewhere. Don’t have huge expectations. Begin to think, “I’m going to sit for 10 or 15 minutes. I’m going to have some relaxation, and that’s all I need.” Start that way and find whatever meditation track resonates with you.

The key to meditation is consistency. Not duration. What you want to be able to do is see if you can meditate every day or every other day. You can meditate even for just ten minutes every day. That consistency builds up. Think of it like you’re refilling a chargeable battery. It’s empty. Over time, the charge builds and builds. What you’re trying to do is fill your battery, if you will, with spiritual energy. You’re overflowing with spiritual energy. At some point, it’s going to overflow. That’s when the circuit breaker is going to get thrown, and you’re going to have these experiences.

Meditation Practice: The 12-Month Spiritual Transformation

There’s something in the UK, for example, where people have to do a sitting in the power meditation for twelve months straight. Only after they do that are they allowed to sit in spiritual mediumship circles where they can connect with the spirit. They’re not allowed to join unless they’ve done that. There’s something magical about that twelve-month meditation state. That was what I wound up doing without even realizing what I was doing.

I hope this has been helpful and something that you can work with. If you’ve got any questions at all, by all means, let me know. I have some meditations out there that you might like. I’ve got a class coming up toward the end of March 2025. If you’re interested in that, take a look at it. It’s going to be a free class. I’m so glad that you’re reading the show.

If you like the show, make sure that you like and subscribe. That way, you’ll always be getting the episodes in your feed automatically. We always love hearing reviews. Subscribe to it. That way, you’ll also get the newsletter. We’ll keep on giving you more behind-the-scenes information about the show. Until then. This is Chris sending you love and light. Thank you so much. I hope you have a wonderful time. Bye for now.
