Chris Lippincott is an international evidential medium and spiritual teacher. With a 30-year background in institutional finance (CFA/MBA), he bridges the gap between hard logic and spiritual wisdom, helping people live with "Structural Intentionality."

Spirit signs often show up quietly at first — through repeating numbers like 11:11, recurring songs, strange timing, synchronicities, and emotional nudges that keep returning until you finally stop and pay attention. Explore how Spirit communication actually works, why intuition is so easy to dismiss, and how repeated patterns may carry deeper meaning than coincidence alone. Through personal stories, mediumship experiences, and practical spiritual insights, you’ll learn how to recognize genuine signs from Spirit, understand why guidance often feels subtle at first, and develop greater trust in the quiet messages unfolding throughout your life. If you’ve ever wondered whether Spirit guides may already be trying to reach you, this conversation will completely change the way you look at repetition, intuition, synchronicity, and the hidden patterns appearing around you every day. Listen now.

Coincidence or Spirit Signs You Shouldn’t Ignore

Have you ever had one of those moments where something keeps showing up so often that you finally stop and think: Alright… this is getting weird now?

Maybe it’s 11:11 on the clock every single day. Maybe it’s a song you haven’t heard in years suddenly following you everywhere like an emotionally clingy ghost from 1997. Maybe you keep thinking about somebody… and then they text you out of nowhere five minutes later.

At first, you explain it away.

Second time? Still explainable.

Third, fourth, fifth time?

Now your brain starts doing that awkward internal battle where one side says:
“Okay… this might actually mean something.”

…and the other side immediately jumps in wearing an accountant visor saying:
“CALM DOWN CHRIS IT’S JUST A CLOCK.”

Honestly, that internal debate is completely normal.

Because after years of doing readings and connecting with Spirit, one thing has become incredibly obvious to me:

Spirit usually doesn’t communicate through giant dramatic movie moments.

It communicates through repetition.

That’s the part most people miss.

Not the sign itself.

The repetition.

And once you start understanding that, your entire relationship with intuition, synchronicity, and Spirit begins to shift.

Spirit Usually Feels Much More Natural Than You Expect

This is where people get tripped up.

Most people secretly expect Spirit communication to feel huge and unmistakable. Like suddenly your living room lights flicker, thunder crashes outside, and Morgan Freeman’s voice echoes through the kitchen saying:

“Christopher… your guides have arrived.”

But real Spirit communication usually feels frustratingly normal.

That’s why people dismiss it.

You suddenly think about someone for no reason.

You feel hesitation before making a decision.

You walk into a room and immediately something inside you tightens.

You hear the same phrase repeatedly from different people.

You keep noticing the same symbol over and over again.

Individually?

Every one of those moments can be rationalized away.

That’s what makes them easy to ignore.

But eventually the pattern itself becomes louder than the individual event.

And that’s when things start getting interesting.

The Sign Usually Isn’t The Strange Part

The repetition is.

That’s the real key.

Imagine you see a red cardinal outside your window one morning.

Nice moment.
Pretty bird.
You move on.

Then two days later you open a magazine and there’s a massive photo of a cardinal staring at you.

Still explainable.

Then later that night you randomly see another one online.

Now your awareness starts waking up.

Not because birds are supernatural.

Because repetition changes meaning.

That’s how Spirit often works.

The same message.
Different presentations.

A repeated song.
A repeated number.
A repeated emotional feeling.
A repeated conversation.
A repeated name.
A repeated inner nudge.

Eventually something inside you starts realizing:
“Okay… why does this keep following me?”

The 12:12 Moment That Made Me Laugh Out Loud

Right while I was preparing this podcast episode about signs from Spirit, I suddenly felt compelled to glance at the top corner of my computer screen.

12:12.

Now if you’ve listened to my podcast for a while, you already know I notice repeating patterns constantly. But this one made me laugh because of the timing.

I’m literally outlining an episode about repeating Spirit signs…
…and then Spirit immediately responds with:
“Cool. Let’s make this unbelievably obvious.”

And no sooner did I notice the clock than I suddenly felt that familiar Spirit energy wrap around my upper arms and shoulders.

For me, Spirit energy often feels like this champagne-bubble tingling sensation around my torso and arms. Very specific. Very recognizable.

Then right after that?

An email notification suddenly pops up mentioning:
“awakening”
and
“3 signs.”

At that point I was practically laughing tears out of my eyes because the signs suddenly felt like they were coming out of a fire hose.

Now here’s the important part:

Every single one of those moments could absolutely be explained individually.

12:12?
Happens twice a day.

An email mentioning signs?
Totally explainable.

But when the same message keeps appearing through timing, symbols, feelings, emotions, and completely unrelated channels…

Eventually you stop asking:
“Was that coincidence?”

…and start asking:
“Why does this keep repeating?”

Sometimes The Discomfort Is The Sign

This is probably the hardest part for people to hear.

Not every sign from Spirit feels peaceful and magical.

Sometimes the sign is the emotional heaviness you keep overriding.

That quiet feeling that something feels “off.”

You stay in a relationship that drains you.
You avoid a conversation you know needs to happen.
You keep ignoring your intuition because your logical brain keeps demanding impossible levels of certainty.

And nothing catastrophic happens immediately.

That’s what makes it dangerous.

The disconnect builds slowly.

The frustration compounds quietly.

The numbness deepens over time.

Until one day you’re walking around thinking:
“Why do I feel disconnected from myself lately?”

And honestly?

I think that’s one of the biggest reasons people become spiritually curious in the first place.

Not because they’re looking for magic tricks.

But because deep down…
they already sense there’s more happening beneath the surface of life.

Spirit Doesn’t Usually Remove Your Free Will

This is another huge misunderstanding people have.

If Spirit appeared physically in front of you every five minutes yelling instructions like some overenthusiastic GPS system, you wouldn’t really have freedom anymore.

You’d just obey.

Spirit usually communicates subtly enough that you still have a choice.

You can notice it.
Or ignore it.

That’s why repetition matters so much.

Spirit nudges.
Repeats.
Reinforces.
Echoes.

Until eventually your awareness catches up.

The Guns & Roses Reading I’ll Never Forget

I once gave a reading where the phrase “Guns & Roses” suddenly came through extremely strongly.

Now personally?
I barely know their music.

So internally I’m sitting there thinking:
“Fantastic. I probably sound insane right now.”

But I trusted it anyway.

So I finally said:
“I keep hearing Guns & Roses repeatedly. Does that mean anything?”

Immediately the woman gasped and covered her mouth.

Turns out her loved one in Spirit adored Guns & Roses…
…and she had been hearing their songs repeatedly on the radio all week.

That’s how Spirit often works.

One song?
Random.

Two songs?
Interesting.

Seven songs spread across multiple days?
Now the repetition becomes the message.

Here’s The Truth Most People Get Backwards

People think they’re disconnected from Spirit.

I honestly don’t think connection is missing.

I think awareness is.

Connection already exists.

Spirit communication already exists.

Intuition already exists.

Most people are simply overlooking it because they expect Spirit to feel dramatic instead of natural.

Even as a medium, I still question things sometimes.

I still occasionally think:
“Eh… maybe that’s random.”

Because we’re human.

Our brains are built to doubt.

But over time you begin noticing something fascinating:

Spirit signs tend to leave behind peace instead of fear.

That’s a major difference.

Fear tightens you.
Spirit softens you.

Fear creates chaos.
Spirit creates clarity.

Fear screams.
Spirit whispers.

Spirit Often Makes Sense Later

This might be the most important lesson of all.

Some of Spirit’s most powerful guidance makes absolutely no sense in the moment.

Sometimes the meaning only becomes clear years later.

That’s one of the hardest parts of spiritual growth.

We want the whole map immediately.

Spirit usually gives breadcrumbs instead.

Little pieces.
Tiny nudges.
Fragments.

Then suddenly years later you look backward and realize:
“Oh my God… Spirit was guiding me the whole time.”

Honestly, one of the clearest examples in my own life was moving to Asheville.

Years ago, while living in Montclair, New Jersey, I chose the business name “Montclair Medium” simply because it sounded practical and obvious.

I lived in Montclair.
I was a medium.
Done.

Simple.

Years later after moving to Asheville and standing in the mountains one morning, it suddenly hit me:

Mont Clair.

Clear Mountain.

The name had been pointing toward the mountains long before I understood it.

That realization absolutely floored me.

Because suddenly I realized Spirit had planted the breadcrumb years earlier…
…and I simply couldn’t see the full picture yet.

That’s how Spirit often works.

What To Do When Signs Start Appearing

When signs begin showing up repeatedly, don’t force immediate meaning onto them.

That’s where people accidentally shut down their awareness.

Instead:

Start noticing patterns

  • Repeated numbers
  • Repeated songs
  • Repeated names
  • Emotional nudges
  • Certain places or themes resurfacing

Keep a Spirit clues journal

Write things down even if they feel strange or random.

You’d be amazed how often those “random” details suddenly click months later.

Stop demanding instant certainty

Spirit rarely hands you the entire movie script at once.

Usually you’re getting puzzle pieces before you even know what puzzle you’re building.

Pay attention to emotional resonance

Spirit often feels peaceful, grounding, loving, calm, or strangely familiar.

Even difficult guidance tends to feel loving instead of condemning.

Maybe Spirit Has Been Speaking To You Longer Than You Think

That’s probably the biggest realization people eventually have.

Not:
“Spirit suddenly appeared.”

But:
“Wait… this has been happening for years.”

The repeated numbers.
The emotional nudges.
The dreams.
The conversations.
The strange timing.
The recurring symbols.
The repeated feelings.

Maybe the signs were never missing.

Maybe your awareness was simply still developing.

And honestly?
That’s a beautiful thing.

Because it means you’re probably far more connected than you realize.

So the next time something keeps quietly resurfacing in your life…

Don’t dismiss it immediately.

Pause.

Notice the repetition.

Notice the feeling underneath it.

Notice what keeps asking for your attention.

Because Spirit rarely shouts.

Usually…
it repeats.
